Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this Extended Stay of America off of Westheimer. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, plus the location on Westheimer is fantastic with everything you need close by. The service was top-notch, very helpful and accommodating. However, the dining options were a bit lacking. Overall, a great value for money!
I enjoyed my stay at the Extended Stay America off Westheimer. The rooms were clean with a kitchenette but the lobby had a slight smell. The front desk lady Dani was especially friendly and the service was awesome. The location is convenient off the beltway but the timing of a maintenance issue was inconvenient. The dining options were basic, and the breakfast did not meet expectations. The facilities overall were decent.
My stay at this Extended Stay of America off Westheimer was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were roomy and comfortable but had a noticeable smell like weed. The service was nice and friendly, although it could improve a little bit. The location right off the beltway was convenient, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Despite the flaws, the value for money was good overall.
The hotel has a good central location and the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished with a kitchen. The cleaning staff do a great job, and the convenience of a Washateria and fitness center on-site is a plus. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and the dining options were subpar. Overall, my stay at Extended Stay America off Westheimer was satisfactory.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were lacking in essential household utensils and had a persistent unpleasant odor, making my stay far from comforting. The service, on the other hand, was friendly and accommodating, offering to refund my money promptly. The location was convenient and centralized, just off the beltway before Westheimer, providing easy access. However, the dining options were very limited, essentially offering just instant oatmeal and water. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, ultimately leaving me with a neutral impression.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a slight issue with some smelly odors. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to the friendly front desk lady named Dani. The location was convenient, close to malls and restaurants, though the dining options were limited with just coffee, tea, and a granola bar. I enjoyed the onsite Washateria and fitness center. However, the lack of kitchen utensils was a downside.
